Prayer is a crucial part of who we are, and we invite you to join us in prayer in any or all of the following ways:
Sunday Evening Prayer
Calling all intercessors!!! If you sense that God is calling you to be a watchman or woman on the wall for Vintage, please come and join other members of the Vintage family for Spirit-led prayer and worship on Sunday evenings at 6pm in the baby room! For more information, visit our Facebook page here. Please note: We will only meet on Sunday evenings when the youth group is also meeting.
Tuesday Morning Prayer
Worship and pray with us on Tuesday mornings at 6:30am in the Vintage offices.
Thursday Morning Prayer
As of May 24th, Thursday morning prayer will be on PAUSE for the summer. It will resume again in August after school starts!
As we move into 2018, we recognize that our next steps at Vintage 242 must begin with building our spiritual life as a body through unified prayer together. We invite you to come and pray with other Vintage family members in the sanctuary every Thursday from 10am-12pm. There will be no leader, just a space to come and seek God together.
Nights of Prayer & Worship
We believe nothing pleases and moves the heart of God like His children in worship and prayer together. Every month at Vintage we slow down for the purpose of being loved by Jesus, loving on Him, and asking Him to move in the lives of those in need in our community. We invite you to slow down with us and be a part of this movement one Tuesday evening a month from 7-8pm. Visit our events page for the dates of our upcoming Nights of Prayer & Worship!
Let us pray for you!
If you or your loved ones are in need of prayer, we have a group of people who consider it a privilege to pray for you! Send us your prayer requests via the form below, and we will be sure to pray.
If you are in need of healing and would like the elders to anoint you and pray for your healing per the James 5 model, let us know that as well. Our elders would be honored to pray with you in faith for your healing.
James 5: 14-16
14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
